First, thank you for your interest in volunteering at MAA.
To volunteer at MAA as a coach, assistant coach and/or team parent, we will need to collect the following information to run a background check.
This background check will be done, free of charge to you.
It will be good for the calendar year that it was done. So, if you get cleared in March of 2022, this clearance will be good through December 31, 2022...if you volunteer in 2023, we will run it again.
*We will NOT be sharing this information with anyone but the MAA Board of Directors and the sport-specific directors.
Please note: this is not a binding agreement to assist MAA by either party - this is just a way for us to collect the data we need to run background checks to be eligible to assist.
